An interesting program of slavic and slavonic string music marred by an anemic ensemble, amateurish playing, and unimaginative leadership. The proximity of IMP's microphones allows each instrument stand out in bold relief, thus exposing every rhythmic and intonational weakness – and there are many. Don't waste your time or money on this disc.
