Reißt euch los, bekränkte Sinnen (You are torn loose, afflicted sinners)
Cantata BWV 224
- Aria fragment, possibly from a cantata dating from 1732
All that's left of this cantata is thirty odd bars of the soprano part of an aria in the hand of C. P. E. Bach. It appears that there's little agreement as to whether this was by J.S. Bach in the first place.
