All that remains of BWV 80b is the first verse chorale, which itself is incomplete (but can be reconstructed). For details, refer to Christoph Wolff's essay on BWV 80 and its variants in his excellent collection Bach - Essays on His Life and Music. Also see NBA I/31. I am not aware of any recordings of this version.
